2015 Festival of Trees is almost upon us! For 2015, the Festival of Trees will be held on Saturday, December 12th from 10:00AM to 4:00PM and Sunday, December 13th from 10:00AM to 4:00PM at the Union City Elementary School, 91 Miles St, Union City, PA.

Here are the forms for vendors and decorators:

  • Vendors: Need to be submitted before Tuesday, December 8th, 2015
  • Decorators: Need to be submitted before Tuesday, December 8th, 2015
