Hope Direct is a membership based primary care practice and we follow the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. This model removes the middleman (insurance companies) and allows the patient to have a direct doctor- patient relationship as it used to be in medicine. This is perfect for patients without insurance, or wanting to cut out of pocket costs for healthcare. You join our practice by becoming a member, like a gym membership, where you pay a monthly fee and come in as often as you need. There are no copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or surprise bills. Not a member, but feeling sick and can't get into your doctor? No problem. We offer sick visits for non members. Call for an appointment. We will make every effort to get you an appointment within 24-48 hours.
